Your information

Privacy notice

For workshop registration, meeting bookings, enquiries, and relationship follow-up with Waymark Automations. Updated 27 September 2026.

Learning with Waymark

You can read the agent guides and lessons without a Waymark account. We do not save favorites or track lesson progress. Data saved by the previous learning experience is no longer read or updated; you can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing all site data also removes any saved native booking references on this browser, so keep any private booking links you need.

Lessons use fictional business briefs. Research lessons also use public business sources. AI runs in the agent you choose, under that provider’s account, terms and privacy controls. Waymark does not receive the conversations or files you create in those tools.

What we collect and why

The four current Agentic AI workshops use Cal.com for booking. Existing native workshop registration requires your name and email. Original Google Forms remain closed historical records. Work, AI experience, device, and support notes are optional. We use these to arrange the workshop, check the setup with you, and send workshop messages. Available seats are reserved automatically, first come, first served.

When you book a company session or one of the four current workshops, Cal.com collects your name, email and company, plus any optional task or referrer you provide. Cal.com uses our Google Calendar and Google Meet connection to arrange the appointment and sends booking, rescheduling and cancellation notifications. Your answers may appear in the private Calendar event, notifications and our operations records. Company bookings do not subscribe you to reminder campaigns or marketing. Emails you send us are used to answer you.

Where information goes

Historical workshop responses remain in their original Google Forms. Workshop sessions, reservations, participant records and processing records are stored in Firestore. Our private relationship tracker also holds contact, company, introduction, conversation, and agreed follow-up records. Google Sheets displays these Firestore records for our operations team. Previously collected records may also remain in private Sheets. Google Workspace handles email, Calendar and Meet. Shared JavaScript services hosted on Vercel process native website submissions and operations. We manage these records; your responses are not shared with other workshop participants. Our website is hosted by Vercel, whose hosting services may process technical request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security.

Conversation history and meeting records

We may keep relevant email and Google Chat history, meeting details, notes, and available Google Meet join records to answer your questions, track agreed next steps, and understand who joined a session. An invitation or a calendar response does not by itself establish attendance. We keep source references and corrections so that uncertain information can be checked.

If a meeting will be recorded or transcribed, we will explain this before recording begins and use the meeting platform's notice. Recording is separate from registration and is not automatically started by this tracker. Available recordings and transcripts may help us prepare meeting notes and follow-ups. Automated transcripts can contain errors; we review important names, commitments, dates, and amounts before treating them as confirmed facts.

Communication records and transcripts are private to our operations team and the service providers used to handle them. Relevant source history is kept until we review or explicitly remove it; deleting a message from its original service does not automatically erase a previously captured copy. You can contact us about access, corrections, or deletion, including archived copies.

Private booking references

When you start registration on Waymark, this browser saves a random private reference and the session label and time. The native website submission records a hash of the reference, which connects that submission to a limited booking-status result in Firestore. The private link can show whether that submission reserved a seat and whether confirmation email is queued or sent. It does not show names, email addresses, meeting links, or other participants. Keep the link private. You can clear saved references from the booking-status page; that does not cancel a reservation or delete your submitted records. The current Cal.com workshops use their booking confirmation and management links instead.

Messages and choices

Signing up or booking does not subscribe you to marketing. Workshop messages may include a booking result, schedule updates, preparation instructions, reminders, cancellation notices, and follow-up about your session. Reply to stop workshop messages or withdraw from the workshop. You can cancel appointments through the booking email.

Access, correction, and deletion

Contact acejr@waymarkautomations.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion. We keep records while needed to handle your enquiry or workshop participation and related follow-up; we review them after that purpose ends.

Keep submissions practical

Please do not submit passwords, private employer or client documents, financial records, or sensitive personal information. Use the supplied training materials during the workshop.
