Find one potential customer
A one-row prospect spreadsheet with evidence, a possible fit and visible unknowns.
Use public evidence to explain why a business is worth a closer look. Keep buying interest unknown.

What you’ll make
- One verified café in Quezon City or Makati
- A source you can open and check
- Possible fit kept separate from buying interest
prospects.csvExample output| Business | Evidence | Possible fit | Unknowns |
|---|---|---|---|
| Example Café (fictional) | Official page showing takeaway service | Takeaway orders may use paper bags | Whether it needs a supplier |
Notice the difference: takeaway service is a fact to verify. Needing a new supplier is still unknown.
Fictional example · selected columns. Your research will be different. Before you start
- Open one installed agent and select a new practice folder named
lead-generation. - Save the starter brief in that folder as
lead-generation.txt. It contains the facts, file requirements and task limits. - Start a new conversation. Keep this page open alongside your agent.
Use Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity or OpenCode. The task works with the same starter brief in each.

Find one potential customer Result: A one-row prospect spreadsheet with evidence, a possible fit and visible unknowns. File: prospects.csv PRACTICE FACTS Fictional business: Luntian Supply sells plain paper takeaway bags to independent cafés. Find one independent café business in Quezon City or Makati, Philippines, with an official public page showing its location and evidence of takeaway service. Exclude national chains. A takeaway offer is a possible fit, not proof that the café needs a new supplier. Collect business-level facts only. WHAT TO MAKE - Save one verified business row in prospects.csv, using the columns listed below. Save only headers if no business can be verified; explain why in the chat. - Record an observed takeaway fact separately from your interpretation of possible fit. - Use the actual date the source was checked. Keep purchasing needs and other unverified details in unknowns. CSV columns: business, city, official_url, evidence_url, observed_fact, fit_reason, unknowns, checked_date HOW TO WORK - Ask for a short understanding of the brief and a plan first. Wait for approval before doing the task. - Write only in this practice folder. Keep the starter brief unchanged. - Do not invent facts. Label missing information unknown. - Use official public pages and open the sources; search snippets alone are not evidence. - If web access is unavailable, stop and ask for official URLs and dated excerpts in sources.txt. Label supplied evidence in unknowns. - If enough sources cannot be verified, return fewer rows and explain the gap in the chat. Do not fill the file with invented entries. - Do not collect private personal information, contact anyone, sign in to accounts or update a CRM. CHECK THE RESULT - Open the source links yourself: they support the business, its city and an actual takeaway offer. - Open prospects.csv in a spreadsheet app. Check the eight columns, one business row and the checked date; a headers-only file is acceptable if no source could be verified. - The fit note is an interpretation, and purchasing needs remain unknown. There are no invented contacts or claims of buying interest.
If your agent cannot read the file, provide this brief separately in the conversation.
Try each step in your own words. Open a hint or example when you need a nudge.
Step 1: Set the prospect criteria
In your agent
Ask your agent to read lead-generation.txt and explain which cafés qualify. Have it wait for your go-ahead before researching.
Hint for Step 1
Name the starter file and ask what evidence it will look for. A qualifying café needs a location in either named city and an actual takeaway offer. Ask whether the agent can open public pages.
Show an example for Step 1
Read lead-generation.txt and explain which cafés qualify and what evidence you’ll check. Wait before researching.
One way to phrase it. Your own words are welcome. Before you continue
- The plan names one independent café in Quezon City or Makati, with evidence of takeaway service.
- It will keep buying interest unknown and wait for your go-ahead.
Step 2: Find one café
In your agent
If the criteria are right, give your agent the go-ahead. Ask it to find one qualifying café and save the evidence in prospects.csv.
Hint for Step 2
Ask for an actual file and its location. If web access is unavailable, supply official URLs and dated excerpts in sources.txt; keep unverified businesses out of the result.
Show an example for Step 2
Find one café using those criteria and save prospects.csv with the brief’s columns. Keep possible fit separate from facts and tell me where the file is.
One way to phrase it. Your own words are welcome. Before you continue
- The saved file is in your practice folder.
- The agent provides sources or explains why no café could be verified.
Step 3: Check the evidence
In your saved file
Open prospects.csv yourself, then open its source links. Decide which statements are facts and which are interpretations; ask for a correction if the row mixes them.
Hint for Step 3
Check what the source actually proves. A takeaway offer can support possible fit; it does not prove the business wants to buy. Remove or correct a row whose evidence fails.
Show an example for Step 3
The page confirms takeaway service, but says nothing about buying bags. Keep the service fact and leave buying interest unknown.
An example of how to check, not a recorded result.Check the result yourself
- Open the source links yourself: they support the business, its city and an actual takeaway offer.
- Open prospects.csv in a spreadsheet app. Check the eight columns, one business row and the checked date; a headers-only file is acceptable if no source could be verified.
- The fit note is an interpretation, and purchasing needs remain unknown. There are no invented contacts or claims of buying interest.
Keep this habit
When you research a lead, keep what you observed separate from what you think it might mean.
Step 4: Tighten the fit noteOptional
In your agent
Ask for a shorter fit note in a separate copy. Keep the original evidence and facts.
Hint for Step 4
Describe the one part to change and name a new file. If the revision adds a new claim or replaces your original, ask it to restore the original and revise only the note.
Show an example for Step 4
Shorten the fit note without adding claims. Save prospects-revised.csv and keep prospects.csv unchanged.
One way to phrase it. Your own words are welcome. Before you continue
- The revised fit note is shorter and still matches the evidence.
- Both files exist; names, source links and unknowns are unchanged.
Open both versions side by side. You should be able to point to the change you asked for.
