Video editing · Two hours together
Let's make something useful.
A playable 15-second MP4 with your title.
Same setup, every workshop
Open your workshop folder.
Download OpenCode Desktop, then open your unzipped starter folder in the app.

A small first instruction
Watch the agent take an action.
A useful reply is a start. A visible tool action shows what the agent actually did.
Read brief.md. Tell me what we will make and list the input files. Do not change anything yet.
Inspect the input
Start with a small clip.
Open the practice video and learn its duration and dimensions.
Inspect source.mp4 with ffprobe. Tell me its duration, dimensions and audio tracks.
Trim
Keep the useful 15 seconds.
Choose the start and end instead of asking for a vague improvement.
Use FFmpeg to keep seconds 2 through 17 from source.mp4. Save trimmed.mp4 and preserve source.mp4.
Text overlay
Add a simple title.
Give the exact words, placement and time on screen.
Overlay the supplied title.png on trimmed.mp4 for its first 3 seconds using FFmpeg. Save edited.mp4 with H.264 video and yuv420p pixel format.
Verify the media
Watch the exported result.
Check the file in a player and compare it with your instructions.
Probe edited.mp4 and confirm its duration and video format. Explain how I can open it in my video player.
Direct the edit
Try one small revision.
Change the title while keeping the same trim.
Save edited-v2.mp4 using title-v2.png instead. Keep the same 15-second trim and preserve edited.mp4.
Save it and check it
Open what you made.
Look at the actual file. What worked, and what did you need to correct?
Keep exploring
Try another kind of work.
Same agent. Different tools, files and possibilities.
