Research · Two hours together
Let's make something useful.
A company research workbook with traceable sources.

A small first instruction
Watch the agent take an action.
A useful reply is a start. A visible tool action shows what the agent actually did.
Read brief.md. Tell me what we will make and list the input files. Do not change anything yet.
Define the search
Five companies. A clear brief.
Start with the companies and the exact facts the client needs.
Read brief.md. Summarize the five columns and what counts as a supported answer.
Tool calls
Let the agent search.
Ask it to open public pages and collect evidence before writing the table.
Research the five companies in brief.md on the web. Save the URLs and supporting notes in research-notes.md. Mark missing facts Needs Review.
Check the evidence
Does the source say that?
Pick one row and trace its owner and business email back to the page.
Audit the first company against its cited pages. Correct any unsupported owner or email and explain the change.
A usable handoff
Turn it into an Excel file.
Ask for the actual workbook, then open it outside the conversation.
Create company-research.xlsx with the five required columns and five company rows. Keep source URLs clickable and flag unknowns Needs Review.
Iterate without losing the first file
Add one more company.
A follow-up should extend the result while preserving the original.
Read sixth-company.md, research that company, and save company-research-updated.xlsx with six rows. Keep the first workbook unchanged.
Save it and check it
Open what you made.
Look at the actual file. What worked, and what did you need to correct?
Keep exploring
Try another kind of work.
Same agent. Different tools, files and possibilities.
