No applicable NOTICE file was present in the inspected source tree. The skill prominently records modifications. Preserve these notices and the licence when redistributing.

The adaptation combines evidence-based qualification, extracting requirements without invented prices, input/calculation checks, unresolved reconciliation differences, handoff documentation and observed waiting/rework. It does not reproduce the complete plugins. The CSV/JSON examples and expected results are original fictional Waymark material, also supplied under Apache-2.0.
